Refund Policy

At North to Alaska Coffee, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee to your door. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Order Issues & Replacements

We strive for accuracy, but if you receive the wrong item or there’s a mistake on our end, we will make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with details and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

If an issue arises due to an incorrect shipping address or order details provided at checkout, we are unable to offer refunds. However, a new order can be placed, and we’ll work to get it processed quickly.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim. If you choose to replace the order, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
